•  He has a long-term love of this business that began with his grandmother's portfolio of properties; as she shared her knowledge of ownership and management with Octavio. •  Octavio is married with three adult children, a native of Portugal who speaks Portuguese, Spanish and French. In his free time, he enjoys photography, tennis, computers, carpentry, and remodeling homes.
